If I could leave no stars, that would be my preference because this experience was straight trash. There was mold & mildew throughout the property, the garbage disposal was broken, to which they blamed on us, the washing machine had black mold inside and was filthy, the side of the broken refrigerator was dirty and the refrigerator was being hrld together with yellow string, the trash can was broken, the downstairs toilet started leaking the morning of our checkout and we were somehow blamed, and they accused me of breaking the piping under the sink when someone from their company was standing over me when I simply showed her where the leak was coming from. I called and wrote an email upon our return because there was no follow-up from the phone call. They emailed me back with all the acc
