95 Wall

Do yourself a favor and do not rent from 95 Wall. This building is a nonstop headache. Horrible management that’s unresponsive and defensive, constant elevator issues (good luck getting anywhere on time), and construction that has gone on wayyyy past the original timelines. The apartments look “renovated” on the surface but are actually super cheap finishes for the price they’re charging. Completely overpriced for what you get, plus a ton of ridiculous fees that add up fast. You’ll spend most of your lease fighting with management, following up on unresolved issues, and dealing with problems that shouldn’t exist in a building at this price point. Look elsewhere in FiDi there are plenty of other buildings that are much better.

I recently moved back after having lived here a few years ago, and the leasing team was great to work with, as always. The process is straightforward, communication is quick and everyone was genuinely helpful. They just made the whole move-in feel easy. Happy to be back.

Debbie is amazing! She is professional, friendly and makes me feel safe. I highly recommend 95 Wall Street to anyone looking. It's clean and inviting from the moment you enter the lobby.

Update: moving down to 2 stars. they came and delivered a "brand new" fridge to replace our broken one... damn thing came DIRTY inside, it doesn't even fit, and now our kitchen looks horrible!!! Truly upsetting. Building a bunch of BS. Also, something I didn't address before is how inconvenient the mail room and dry cleaning hours are. Of course it's great to have on-site, but I am in the office well before either place opens, and I get back an hour or two after they close! I literally cannot pick up anything any day aside from Saturdays! There should be a better system in place, terribly inconvenient. I'm sure there are plenty of other residents in the building who have the same issue as I do. It’s pretty great overall, but lacking in many areas and got an unlucky unit. Got our move in d

terrible place to live. someone was murdered here and they did not tell us (we were in the building at the time of the murder, which they never addressed). They will not respond to your emails, calls, or maintenance requests. One time i had a maintenance worker tell me that i should not be upset that our freezer didn’t work because “a lot of the freezers in the building didn’t work either”. Took months to get it fixed. After ignoring you all year, they expect cash tips at christmas time.
