LISTEN TO ME CLOSELY. Coming from a Tenet who’s lived here long enough to see TWO of the complex’s burn down do not ever consider these apartments. Everyone and I mean every single living person here complains about the roaches and other pests they are everywhere. They’ve changed management at least 3 times since I’ve lived here and consistently have the rudest manager possible. Communication to the community is absolutely zero the biggest crime is the pool which after being closed for 7 years recently opened for the 4th of July and inconsistently opened for a week after closing with no statement to the community as to why. again NEVER Consider these apartments, from absolutely shady and greedy practices to completely unprofessional rude and incompetent management the list of complaints fa
STAY AWAYYYY, first of all you will deal with rats, roaches, and horrible management. I have dealt with people in the office smoking in my face. It’s so disgusting here they don’t ever fix anything but charge you fees. A lady had her clothes drying outside her porch and instead of being told it wasn’t allowed I witnessed one of the ladies from the office grab it and throw it on the floor. I have seen rats at the dumpsters the size of squirrels. The pool is never open, you will see random flea cats around, park is gross, also one of the guys who comes to fix stuff drinks on the job so be aware
Horrible experience. Lived here for 2 years. They took my entire deposit so they could renovate the unit after I moved out. I could not get an itemized list of what the deposit went towards. Any request for corporate intervention is stifled or they say "look them up yourself." Horrible management. Horrible front office (outside of some nice people that don't make major decisions). I let them take the deposit because I am THAT happy to be out of there. Please do yourself a favor and do not consider this place. It was okay when it was 1000-1100 but they've since jacked up the prices. My first year jump was $200 I believe. You will have a roommate(s) and they are cockroaches. They have a pest control guy that comes in sometimes but he sprays sugar water. Never did I notice any results. Addi
Maybe it sounds optimistic, but my experience at 93East was great. The roach problem is not that bad. Upon moving in, there was only one nest under the fridge. After cleaning up the nest and putting bait and IGR around the apartment by myself, there were hardly any roaches to be seen. Even though the overhead cabinets smelled irreparably musty, the sliding drawers were fine enough to put some things inside. Totes aren't too expensive to put the rest of your dishes in, especially if you don't want roaches crawling on them. My cat loved the sound of rodents running around and squeaking in the ceiling, so I'm happy to say my cat approved of the apartment. You can save closet space by doing laundry not at the municipal laundry room provided by the complex, but rather at the coin laundry
I have lived here for a little over a year now. The property has an older look to it, but the units are fairly nice and a pretty good deal for the price. Rolando and the rest of the staff in the leasing office are very helpful and I have had a fantastic experience with the management and maintenance. They never enter your unit without notifying you first. The community is lovely, filled with a lot of young families and working professionals. There is a large field in the back where kids play regularly. Have never had any issues with noise. Sometimes my neighbors play loud music but rarely after 10pm and usually weekends anyway. I have not had too much of a problem with pests except lately, but it is Georgia in the summer and my unit is ground-level, so some bugs are to be expected. No mic
