I have really enjoyed living here! For those who want an accessible location this is it! You have access into downtown, the NC State Campus, and Village district. You can easily access other parts of Raleigh with minimal traffic at all times of the year. Personally, I feel and strongly believe, that the staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming. From the moment we looked at moving, moved in, and the past 9 months they have always been incredibly helpful and friendly! I absolutely love this complex and it is a steal. (Also a bonus being able to watch the beginning of the Christmas parade right from our balcony!) Oh! And the staff all make an effort to get to know you and encourage the community to as well. This apartment community is truly unbeatable when it comes to location. It’s perfect for walking, sightseeing, and enjoying everything the neighborhood has to offer. The maintenance team deserves special recognition, they are incredibly responsive, professional, and always on top of requests. Parking is plentiful, which is a huge plus, and the hallways are consistently clean and always smell fresh. The only drawback is transitioning from a newer luxury apartment to this older unit with dated interiors. That said, management is actively renovating the entire complex, which has been a big reason I’ve chosen to stay. I had a fantastic experience touring and applying at 927 West Morgan. The management team is top-tier, highly responsive, and completely transparent about the property and ongoing updates. Lala was especially wonderful; she is incredibly kind and made the entire process stress free. Although I chose a different apartment for space reasons, I would highly recommend this community based on the management alone!

Not fancy or anything extra-ordinary. But has the most reliable staff. They take care of you so well you subconsciously feel right at home. Amenities are great (especially the gym and printer). 927 w Morgan is perfect for anyone who wants a budget friendly apartment with homey vibes and minimal issues.

My family just recently moved to this neighborhood. So far its been a wonderful experience. The leasing staff has been really great and helpful. The neighbors that i have interacted with are friendly and say positive things about the community. I highly recommend this neighborhood.
