9200 Exchange Apartments

After living here for 15 long months, I would not recommend living here. Maintenance paints over hair and dirt instead of properly cleaning (landlord special), which makes the apartments feel unsanitary. Roaches are an ongoing issue, believe the reviews if you see even 1 mention about a roach!! I wish I had. Since the property is not that big Parking is extremely limited and often unavailable that you have to park so far from the building. The walls are thin as paper, so best believe you will hear everythingggg. They rarely clean the elevators, it’s still pee in the elevator from weeks ago still stinking up from owners that doesn’t clean up after their pets. Cleanliness is a 5/10 Amenities are poorly managed. The pool doesn’t open until mid-summer (around July), and the grill area is alm

It’s taken not living here for years to recover from the trauma of residing in this circus. Office staff: rude and argumentative. Facilities: filthy-walk up to the fourth floor lounge balcony. Elevators, constantly out. Fees for package lockers: don’t worry, your stuff won’t be in there. Entry to the building: unsecured-with the security system often disarmed. Car break-ins, or just having your car crashed into, in-front of the building, or in the side-street. Again, staff, annoyed with communications, requests, etc. Save your coins and don’t move here. If negative stars were an option-I’d give them 10/10.

Avoid at all costs — you’re paying luxury prices for corporate greed and retaliatory behavior and substandard quality (filthy hallways etc) For the same price you’ll pay here — $1,590 to over $2,100 — you could be living in far better properties like Candour House, Alter Davis, or The Keaton, where the hallways are clean, the carpets aren’t stained, and most importantly, the leasing office staff treat you like a human being, not a target for financial exploitation. Being a tenant at this facility it’s been a challenge, but we have a new manager that have handle the situations 100% positive as most tenant we do care where we live and we take care of the place once we report a problem it gets fixed thank you to all the management that handles The Exchange At Brier Creek ! Great place to live!!

Nice apartments, but likely will not be for long. The interior is essentially unmaintained. Garbage is left for days at a time. Delivery personnel fail to use the locker, and packages are left anywhere from the front door of the building to outside by other residents doors. No parking spaces in front of the building so people will park so far apart that 3 cars could fit between them, and Alm street is used as a shortcut through the area, so forget opening your window during the day unless you want to hear constant honking, and constant diesel trucks passing through from the nearby industrial park.
