LOVE 92 West. Management team could not be more professional, friendly, and helpful. 92 West is a truly luxury residence I moved here from a 6/5 5,000 sq ft house and was skeptical about funding something i liked. I looked at every A*- rated place in Buckhead and Midtown. 92 West has the most serene, well-appointed units and building. And living next door to the St. Regis provides perks you won’t find elsewhere. The management team ensures that the building maintains quality, and they are truly delightful people.

92 W Paces has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. Before moving to 92 W Paces, I had a really bad experience with another apartment complex. I was always kind to the staff and tried to help them out, but they falsely accused me of damaging the apartment, which was not the case at all. I was very disappointed and almost moved out of the Atlanta area until I found 92 W Paces. The staff here is amazing. They lead with class, listen attentively, and are very nice and understanding. They work with you to find solutions to any problems and genuinely want to help in any way they can. As long as they are here, I feel confident in saying that I’m more than satisfied and plan to stay put.

I LOVE it here. The location is the best. The staff and community are all very pleasant and helpful. And the units are so spacious. It truly feels like home. It's also one of the few communities I looked at in Buckhead where guests don't have to pay for parking. I'm really looking forward to the renovations as well. Keep up the great work RAM!

I’ve lived here for almost 5 months and have 0 complaints. The building is always clean, generally quiet, nice amenities and the apartment is beautiful. Solid appliances and quality build. I’m obsessed with the free coffee machine in the lobby. All the neighbors are nice. The garage feels super safe and secure. Great neighborhood. 10/10

I love living here! The building is beautiful with high end furnishings and stunning architecture. The facilities are top-notch making everyday life so enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making this place feel like home. What really sets this apartment community apart is the management team. They are truly excellent—professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly and with genuine care. Living here has been such a positive experience, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to live with an amazing team behind it, this is the place to be!
