We have been at 909 for almost two years. Recently, we needed to change units in the middle of our lease. Amber was super helpful, patient, communicative and worked with us while we were transferring units. It went as well as smoothly has it could have, which is impressive because our transfer situation was not just a standard transfer. Thanks for reading.

I love this place. I've lived here since July 2019. I was looking for a place in downtown KC and I knew I'd found it the moment I saw the 1 Bed B1 floor plan. It's the perfect size and price for my needs. I love the west-facing view and the rooftop garden. The amenities are great, the staff is friendly (front desk is manned 24/7), and there are upgrades being made to the gym, lobby, and lounge areas, which were nice to begin with. The smart thermostat and lights are a nice plus. The gym definitely replaces the need for a separate gym membership, it's not your typical rinky-dink apartment gym. I have no complaints and look forward to continuing to live here.

Do not live or invest here. Worcester has reduced 909 Walnut from a Class A luxury property to a Class C property with luxurious rent. I loved living here for 3 years before the new management quickly started cutting corners: *Our 24/7 security is replaced with a part time concierge that is just a warm body behind a desk. Residents needing assistance are now told to call 911. Residents looking for real concierge services should look elsewhere. (See note at bottom) *New "smart home" features often malfunction and leave the building's front and side doors unlocked. Not smart. Not safe. *Package deliveries are left unattended on floor in public areas since security is gone and concierge is part time. *Routine maintenance is neglected, resulting in constant gurgling drains with flies in upper

I happened to stumble across 909 and on a whim I signed up for a tour. After meeting with the leasing agent Amber, she answered all of my silly questions as someone who’s always lived in the suburbs and had hesitations about living downtown. She reassured me in my decision to move to the area, and I went home to apply for the unit I saw that same day! The application and move-in process was so easy that I kept thinking I must have missed things on my checklist, but alas, it was just that quick and painless! We got a reserved elevator for move in, which helped the movers immensely! The view from my unit is amazing, and the convenience of the roof top garden is great for pet owners - especially for single girlies like myself who are nervous to walk around at night in the downtown area!
