The front desk staff have been very kind and helpful, and I really appreciate that. HOWEVER, the east side of the building is now facing active construction. The Manhattan view that used to be a major highlight of my apartment is being blocked （for lower floors, the view is already gone）. The blocked view and narrow building gap have made the apartment feel dark and enclosed. ❌❌

Do NOT move into this building. Even though the front desk staff are very friendly, living here will seriously affect your mental health. The building is located right at an intersection, and the wind is extremely strong. Because of this, the apartment becomes very noisy. It often sounds like the windows were never properly sealed — you can hear constant wind leaking in, and the structure makes loud creaking noises, like wood cracking. On top of that, the soundproofing is the worst I have ever experienced in any building. There is basically no sound insulation at all. My neighbors feel like they are living inside my apartment. I can hear every word they say, even when they sneeze. This is the most unbearable part for me. The noise constantly affects my sleep, leaving me exhausted and men

The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff and management are friendly, responsive, and always helpful whenever I have questions or maintenance requests. The amenities are convenient and well-kept, and the location is perfect, and close to everything I need. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.

I had an excellent experience during the application process. The team answered all our questions and kept us updated as units became unavailable. They gave us a video tour of the unit. The application process was very smooth through their website as well!
