What an easy and great transition! Clarissa and Gianna made my life so easy transitioning from NC to Ohio! These ladies were very professional and helpful all at the same time. If your looking to move to the Cincinnati area, 860 is the place to be! I’m loving my new place!

I love 860 East. My most recent interaction with Breawna further reinforces my stance. I had an obscure issue that Breawna was able to quickly and pleasantly assist me with even though she had never come across that problem before. I mean everything about this place is perfect. From the back office experience to the maintenance crews. Everyone is genuine, the people you talk to are real people just like you and me. If you are looking for a green flag, I’ll offer up this one, when I first moved in the property manager was Amanda, she’s amazing and has since been promoted. Carissa took over for her, she’s also been promoted in short order. We sadly had to leave our townhome very unexpectedly and sudden. We moved states for a job, and within seven months the position was eliminated from the company, Amanda made this very scary and stressful situation calm and easy for us both times around moving in and out. The staff is very responsive and helpful and the townhomes are nice and updated with everything you need. The updated features make for easy living and the location is just outside of all the hustle of the city which is nice if you enjoy that smaller town feeling. Like previously stated there is frequent construction but that is a sign of a complex that cares as they are constantly updating the place to keep up with the times. Thank you to Amanda and Q for really keeping people happy and taken care of!

Been here 10 years now. The apartment are very nice. You can always see maintenance riding around to take care of various things throughout the complex. Always give them a wave as they pass by. The pool and club house are very well maintained.

Although we are waiting to hear back on an approval for a townhouse I wanted to go ahead and leave a review. Bre and Gianna both have been so accommodating and very responsive! From the minute I requested information, to touring the townhome yesterday, and going through the application process. They are extremely professional and welcoming. We are really hoping to call this home very soon. The property and homes are very well kept! All thanks to the amazing staff!
