Which is 100% not true in accordance to Texas laws and even in THEIR OWN APPLICATION/CONTRACT. Please read the fine print and get the money you're owed! I strongly recommend not living here. Within two weeks of moving in, my car was stolen from the property. A few months later, a neighbor’s apartment was broken into, and another neighbor had their car stolen as well. Safety was a constant concern during my time living here. I first want to say, my experience with the office and maintenance staff was decent. The main issue with this complex is the extremely high rate of crime. I am not over-exaggerating. It would be more efficient to list out the amount of crime we were victims of or witnessed in just fourteen months of living here. So here it goes: * Our neighbor’s truck had the tires stolen overnight and was left on cinder blocks (pictured attached). * I woke up one morning for work to find a bullet hole in my car. The people currently working in the office are really nice and will help within the rules set by the company that owns the property. However the rules set by the company that owns the property are made to only benefit them and not help the residents at all. I asked if we could transfer to a cheaper unit or match the current cheaper price for our floor plan and we were told no and it would be declined. Well the lady said "you could try but I've never seen it get approved unless you were moving up to a bigger unit and it's a $300 deposit" She told me all I needed to know. She wants to help but the company is too greedy to allow it.
