I lived here for two years and just moved out last month. I had a great experience living here. The office staff and maintenance team were always very friendly, professional, and helpful. This is honestly the first rental company I’ve had that didn’t nickel-and-dime me at move-out, which I really appreciated. The only reason I moved was because I needed a bigger place. I would definitely recommend this community.

As someone in the residential leasing world myself I always love coming across fellow leasing agents or property managers who value their job & go above and beyond to not only get a lease but build a positive rapport with prospects and are kind. Thank you guys. This would be such a lovely and cozy place to call home for others who are looking. 🙂

Staying at Harmon Heights has been nothing but amazing. The property owner always maintains a great clean environment around the complex. His up beat faculty and staff are always helpful with any questions I have. The gym at the apartment complex is amazing plus they offer a free membership to Winnersville Fitness. The rooms are amazing when my family comes to visit they are happy and relaxed to see it is a safe, quiet and beautiful community. There's not a lot of traffic through so I can do my school work without any noise. I'm currently a teacher and a grad school student and Harmon does a wonderful job at creating a great place for me to study. My stay here has been nothing short of a blessing

I've lived at Harmon Heights for over a year. Overall, my experience has been great. Bobby, Shawn, and Kali are all great individuals who will take the time to address any issues you might have with your unit or living experience. Because of a semi-strict noise prohibition, Harmon Heights is a great community for those who wish to live in a peaceful and quiet environment. It is a great community for those who are in school for that purpose. Additionally, it is in a great area of town for easy access to all Valdosta has to offer.

Haven't lived here for that long, but I can say outstanding management! They are very helpful and make your move in a breeze! Robbie is very helpful with the moving process. The whole community is very quiet I have never heard music blasting. There are literally no parties which is good if your in college and need to study. The place is clean and well kept! The gate works well!
