I’ve been living here almost 4 months. Very glad I chose this building. Lots of cool social people, and fun events every month that brings the community together a lot. Haven’t seen any bugs, everything’s clean and new. The gym is great, has really everything you need, with a couple cardio machines outside which is dope. The whole security team is helpful and friendly. As well as the leasing agents, always willing to help out. The agents Haley and Gil are great. Haley helped me with the tour and was patient showing me multiple options and very helpful with all my questions, and continues to help out with whatever. Would Definitely recommend living here.

I waited a month after moving in to write this review, and my experience here has been absolutely amazing! Thanks to Luke, my move-in process was incredibly smooth — he responds quickly and handles every question efficiently. I’m also really impressed with the maintenance team — they often provide same-day service, and once even came at 11 p.m.! I feel safe and happy living here. The frequent community events make it feel like home, the view is stunning, and the entire building always smells great. Highly recommend this place!

5/5 Stars – More Than Just an Apartment; It’s Home! Gil and the team at 800 Broadway have been the absolute best resource I could have asked for while relocating to a new city. I originally found the location online, and after a seamless virtual tour, the team walked me through every step of the application process with ease. While researching, I noticed a consistent theme in the reviews: the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. Based on that reputation, I took the plunge and signed a lease sight unseen. Two months later, I moved in, and I couldn't be happier! The apartment and the building are beyond beautiful. I relocated from Dallas, and the experience couldn’t have been better thanks to Gil. He made the entire move smooth and painless. The amenities are fantastic, the location is unbeatable, the views are great, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I’m very excited to call this place home.
