This is my first place living on my own, and while move-in had a few small hiccups, every single person at 7East handled everything quickly and professionally. What stands out most is how hardworking and genuinely people-oriented the staff is (5-star hotel level hospitality). Patrick in leasing made the move-in process feel smooth and welcoming from the start. He was organized, communicative, and just incredibly friendly. It set the tone for the whole experience. The maintenance team is truly exceptional. Milton is prompt, detail-oriented, and proactive. I've lived here about a year and a half now, and honestly? Downtown/city living comes with its quirks, that's just part of it. But what's kept me happy here is the people. Patrick in the leasing office has been great since day one. He showed me my apartment and was so easy to talk to, and that hasn't changed at all. Every time I run into him he's warm and genuinely helpful, just actually a great person to have around. And I can't say enough about Amir. The man is on it. Like, before I've even had a chance to stress about something, he's already on it. He takes real pride in his work and on top of that he's just fun to chat with when I see him around the building.

Moved into my unit in October '25 and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my entire experience so far! During my initial tour, Patrick was just wonderful to work with! He answered all my questions and helped me apply on the spot. Before move-in, Patrick, Micaela, and Joshua in the front office allowed me to move my move-in date with no issues and rushed to clean my unit after the old tenant moved out so it was in great shape for me to move-in. It was such a great experience i even extended my lease before move-in day! The garage is gated and i've yet to see the gate break down (my old complex had gate issues every other day), there's plenty of parking, and I've seen private security walking the garage overnight! I’ve lived at 7East for 7 years and continue to be impressed with the way this community takes care of its residents. Recently, my entire sink collapsed unexpectedly, and the maintenance team handled the situation with urgency and professionalism. Amir came by the very next day to assess the issue and immediately coordinated a contractor to get everything repaired. Not only did they install a brand-new sink, but they also replaced the entire floor in the area which had a bit of water damage, and the work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Throughout the whole process, Amir checked in, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was resolved to a high standard. I really enjoyed living at 7East. Great location, solid unit quality, and a very fair price. I would have stayed longer if a larger unit had been available to transfer into. The standout here is the staff. I’ve lived in plenty of apartments, and this team is among the best I’ve encountered—professional, responsive, and kind. Micaela sold me on the community during my initial tours and remained personable and supportive after move‑in; the rest of the team was consistently great too. The property itself isn’t flashy, and yes, things occasionally break, but the staff’s attitude and follow‑through made me feel issues were handled as well as possible.
