7970 Grand Apartments

I lived at 7970 Grand for more than 6 years and I can say for a fact it became a good home for us. When Misty joined the team she instantly became a blessing for the complex. She approached every problem with grace and firmness. All the people who have joined the 7970 team since have been great and you could always feel they genuinely care. I’d recommend 7970 Grand to anyone. Great place! Wonderful people!

I've lived in a few different apartment complexes over the last the years, and this one has hands down been the best. The entire experience has been amazing, from the office staff to the maintenance crew and even the security officer. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the community. This place is always clean and well taken care of. Maintenance is quick to respond whenever something needs fixing, and they actually fix it right the first time. The office staff is super helpful and easy to talk to, which makes a huge difference. It’s also quiet and peaceful, no drama, which is rare and honestly so appreciated. It’s just been a really great place to live, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, well run apartment complex.

I lived here for 5 years and I have to say my experience was seriously sooo great! The staff is SO nice. Anytime I had a maintenance request or question they were so quick to help! The manager Misty is amazing! As a long time resident, I always felt so comfortable dealing with her & I loved seeing her when I would walk my dog. She was always very professional and so sweet, but also relatable and fun to talk to. For 5 years I never had an issue with ANYONE who worked here! I urge everyone to not listen to any reviews that say otherwise. I wouldn’t have lived here 5 years if it was a bad place to live. It’s such a small community and there are rarely a lot of people at the pool so it was like my own private oasis when I would lay out during the summer! The gym also had all of the equipment t

Overall this complex is a really nice place to live. The units are really nice and well maintained. The amenities are very great as well, especially the gym. Maintenance is always very quick and friendly. Divya and Misty were very helpful and kind to us during our time there. My only complaint is with some of the other residents. Hallways smelled like weed, people drive like idiots in the parking lot, etc. All things that wouldn’t be a huge deal to me if it wasn’t for having small children. But my family and I had a pleasant experience nonetheless

I’ve had a great experience living at 7970 Grand. Misty and Divya are the sweetest and the maintenance are always responsive, professional, and friendly. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and efficiently. The grounds are well-maintained, clean, and landscaped beautifully, which makes coming home feel relaxing and welcoming. The pool and gym are always in great condition. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home! My opinion only… seems to believe that the negative reviews come from people who are not practicing the policies. Again, this is just my opinion.
