RUN, RUN, RUN! I have never been treated so disrespectfully and unprofessionally in my entire life. I submitted a contract for a "quick close" within 10 days on the 5th of January. I provided them everything they asked for on day one within an hour. A week went by and I was told that I was approved and the appraisal had been ordered and we would be closing on time. The closing date was the 22nd (the Tuesday after MLK). Elaine Nestor, at first was very receptive to my calls, but as time went by and the closing date got closer began to avoid my calls. So I called the home office where I was told, among other things, that I was not their only client and that they would get to things when they could. Not only are they NOT the lender, but they are waiting on the lender to give them feed

They were pleasant to work with and most importantly I received my loan and completed my 1st deal. I definitely recommend and I will be back.

This place is unprofessional no one is in the office when it should be open they will call you back but not identify who they are with or why they are calling complete waste in time will not be coming back

Don't think it's a real place no one answers the phone..
