If you love insects, water bugs, spiders, and daddy long legs… if you don’t mind not being able to walk in your home, barefoot comfortably or just hopping in the shower without looking for bugs first then yes, of course move in. If you don’t Mind your apartment flooding due to the storm drains being covered and not maintained due to the apartment negligence and your things being ruined.. If you don’t mind, dead trees falling and damaging your car …with all these things being done with no empathy, with no sorry, with no compensation then yes definitely move here. I just moved here in August so far I have lost multiple things due to flooding. The apartment itself is just atrocious aesthetically and then this morning to wake up with my car damage only for them to tell me to call my insurance.

I would definitely recommend living here. The leasing office is always quick to respond and very helpful. Also, in the rare occasion I have a maintenance request, it always gets addressed quickly. Lastly, it’s in a very central location to a lot of fun neighborhoods, and the price point is pretty good compared to many other ATL appts.

I’ve had such a great experience living here. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and always feels safe and welcoming. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about the residents. The location is convenient, and the community has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to live in the area.

Horrible place to live. Property management has been absence since I lived there. The apartments are trash for the price. There was trash piled up at the dumpster for weeks, they left a broken washer and dryer in my place for the first month. Highly do not recommend this place Edit: after 2 months I finally got my security deposit, and it bounced. Again every bone in my body, I recommend avoiding this place. Wouldnt live here even if my life depended on it

The new manager Nina and Silvia have great customer service, went to rent an apartment and they beyond expectations, thank you!! Property look very clean and apartment are super nice.
