730 Lofts

I’ve been renting at #609 from Adrian Wijasa, I love it so much but I need to move due to adding members to my family! I’ve lived in many apartments and Adrian has been by far the kindest landlord I’ve had. The apartment is very quiet, and it’s in such a fun spot in town. I’ll miss it a lot! Especially the sunset view from my balcony <3

I lived here for 2 years renting unit 609 from Adrian Wijasa, and it was a wonderful experience. Adrian was not only incredibly kind and attentive, but communicated very well and was always willing to help for any sort of concern that came up. The unit is spacious, and was a perfect spot for me and my little furry friend. Great spot in the North Loop too! I've very much enjoyed my time here and will certainly miss it.

I rented at 730 lofts, unit 609. Adrian was my landlord and he was honestly the best landlord I have ever rented from. Always gave me more than enough notice if he has to come and take care of anything. He was always on top of replacing filters and was always a help when it came to where to go and what to see (I moved to MN from NY). The apartment is great, super nice, great location, walking distance to all the North Loop spots (Black Sheep, Lobster Shack, etc). The washer, dryer and Dishwasher work flawlessly and are brand new. The underground parking spot is a great in the winter months and only paying electric is great!! I would recommend this apartment for anyone Looking to live in a great spot with a really great landlord. Only moving because I bought a place closer to work otherwise

This is a great place to live. It's clean, the neighbors are friendly and the location is amazing. You can walk to micro brews, restaurants, dentistes, doctors, music venues, parks, sports, theater, and trails in minutes.

Horrible place to live if you like quiet and living by yourself...the noise that comes through the walls most assuredly means you will be living with your 20s something neighbors, their friends and their parties. Do not buy or rent here.
