724 Lofts

Doing some initial housing research I saw photos of 724 Lofts and felt my heart skip a beat. I toured the building and applied for my apartment the next day. It’s the perfect combination of historic grandeur and modern convenience, a remodeled warehouse building with exposed brick, wooden beams, and gorgeous picture windows but also an elevator, pristine polished concrete floors, very present management who will look out for you, gyms, and additional working and living spaces. A penthouse lounge and a rooftop with an herb garden! A heated garage with a dog wash station! Tucked away and quiet but just around the corner from the heart of North Loop, and just steps to the Mississippi for trails. I love it here!

Phenomenal location where you are still close to everything happening on Washington Ave, but tucked away by a park and the river where it is more quiet. Love that we get the gorgeous feel of the brick & beams from the retrofitted warehouse, while also getting access to all the new age amenities with the sister apartment across the street. Exercise room is excellent for an apartment of this size. Staff is always very responsive and friendly.

We moved to 724 Lofts this month and we absolutely love it! We previously lived at Borealis, across the street and as soon as we noticed the new remodeling that was happening across from us, we wanted to check it out! We knew when we signed that remodeling was still happening and this is completely fine with us. Each day, we notice touches that makes this place look better by the day. The management here is by far the best we've had. Alex is quick to respond to all of our questions. He's easy to communicate with and is very organized! We really appreciate the newsletters that are sent to us, this helps us learn about what is happening here. I moved into 724 Lofts about 2 months ago and live in a Plan A apartment. I chose to live here (even though the apartments were unfinished when I signed) because I was very impressed by Solhem's other apartment complexes and was told by a friend that he loved Solhem management. My experience so far has been above expectation! The Apartment: I work from home and always get so many compliments on my space during Zoom calls. It is a space I really feel at home in and is in the perfect location in North Loop (away from traffic yet so close to everything). The high ceilings and exposed brick are just wonderful. I have had a great experience moving into 724 Lofts! Alex and Megan, the property managers, have been super responsive and helpful! Marcus helped so much by moving furniture boxes up to my apartment for me before I arrived. I went to Borealis to tour and feel like I completely lucked out that an apartment across the street was available!
