Really nice apartments, they even have an elevator for those unable to climb stairs. Very quiet, nice people, and for the money a great deal for an apartment around Lafayette. Great location minutes from any place you could want to go in town, so If you're looking for a place give them a call and see what's available. You won't be disappointed.

TLDR: Horrible HOA management and grounds. If I could rate it zero, I would. I had lived here for two years total. Left several months ago. The main issue we had was termites coming into the units nearly every night for several weeks in the summer. HOA sent pest control and they continually said there were no issues. I've never lived in a place where termites coming into a unit was "normal". The second large issue was the obvious drug dealing and marijuana smokers. I captured events of dealing on my Ring camera, but HOA "can't do anything". Additionally, several tenants in the buildings are very inconsiderate and will smoke weed inside their units, smoking out the surrounding units. Cops were called several times and the issue kept reoccurring. HOA refused to do anything as well. Overal
