I just moved into 7 W 7th a couple of weeks ago, and I already feel right at home. The leasing process was smooth, and the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. My apartment has an amazing view of Cincinnati, and the location couldn’t be more ideal. So far, everything has exceeded my expectations!

This is the best complex I’ve ever lived at. The building managers are great and even bought more gym equipment the day after I asked about it (ez curl bar and stair master). They really care about you here and are setting up the building to be the new hotspot downtown.

A really, really nice place to live. The leasing agents (Mary, Chas and Spencer) are the best...not only made the onboarding process seamless, but took it to another level and made it feel like you were not just most important resident, but only one.
