6418 Maple Apartments

Just moved in a few weeks ago and I highly recommend. This place will fill up fast, so if you have a chance to get in, don’t hesitate! Paige, my leasing agent, was extremely accommodating and communicative. Application process was easy and fast. The building is brand new. Units are in perfect condition! New appliances, including washer and dryer. I love that it has a keyless entry. You have to use an app on your phone. It makes the building feel very secure. No one random is getting in! Area is quiet. So far, I haven’t heard any activity at the business next door, so the situation must have been resolved. The only noise I hear are the planes coming out of Love Field, but it’s not too loud and it’s oddly soothing. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this place. The price is low for what y

The staff here is very nice and the apartment complex itself is very nice with beautiful apartments. BUT the place on the other side of the fence that runs along the entirety of the apartment complex, is an after hours club and open until 3am or as late as 6am on nights. Meaning they play music so loud it’s like it’s inside your apartment. The people who go there party at their cars meaning even louder music, people fighting, motorcycle groups revving engines, shaking the windows and a taco stand with a generator and a speaker going so even louder than just the club. It’s operating as an “event center” so had no idea it was an all night club. I think it may be illegal. The only thing separating you is a wood fence. My dog has to hide in the closet. I call the police 3 or 4 times a night an
