The front desk staff and maintenance workers are very friendly and efficient. The view from the higher floors is also beautiful, as shown in the picture. The facilities are complete as well, including bowling, foosball, a basketball court, plenty of study areas, barbecue equipment on the rooftop, and more.

The building is great. Although it's new, there's no smell at all. The facilities in the building are also very good. The rooftop looks particularly beautiful at night! You can see the entire panorama of New York City. The security guards are also very responsible. They are available 24/7. No matter when you need them, they are always there.
