This place is disgusting! I wouldn’t recommend moving here. There hallways are nasty, the downstairs leaks water when it rains, they never clean the hall ways or elevators! Each month is a new leasing office staff, you pay for all your bills & there’s no laundry facilities which is crazy for 1,000 worth of rent. Maintains steals, you pay extra for a mailing room, they don’t fix anything in your apartment, I don’t recommend moving here at all

Well I spent months without proper heating, weeks without elevator, fought through mice invasion, dirty hallways, and elevator. Out side of building not cleaned, Then after all of that, a very loud sometimes drunk women above me

I just moved in and so far it is great the people are nice the apartment is very nice I have no complaints at all

Maintenance doesn’t fix anything at all unless it’s an emergency
