beautiful historic building. each unit is very different - some are renovated, while some have kitchens and bathrooms from the 1900s. classic landlord special when it comes to maintenance. my apartment came with a window that was barely attached to the wall and almost fell off. now there’s a wooden blank holding it up “just in case.” washers and dryers continue to be the biggest issue here and we are required to pay $20/month for them. other than shoddy maintenance jobs that At Home does to maintain as much money in their pockets as possible, this is truly a beautiful location and pleasant community to live with. all the tenants are nice and i do feel at home here.

This is actually an apartment building, not a condominium. Nice building, but no elevator.
