Please be aware of the of the chronological history of this apartment at this development! Water Leak, Mold, Cracks, Vermin, Bugs, flies, and other Housing Code Violations. The maintenance men to come into my home without my permission or knowledge. They cut a 4x4 square whole the kitchen ceiling without properly securing the safety of my property from damage. I walk-in to dust-filled splattered debris everywhere. No protective plastic sealing was used around the work area. To be truthfully honest this apartment has never really passed inspection for my family, and I to move into from the very beginning.
