6 North

I have been a resident at 6 North for one year. Management & staff are professional & friendly. The building is clean & aesthetically pleasing. I ❤️ LOVE my apartment, it suits my every needs, huge beautiful windows that adds to my peace & comfort. The maintenance man, David is truly one of a kind. I am so happy to call 6 North my home!

We spent a very happy year here! Our ground-floor unit was very spacious with 13-foot high ceilings and a full laundry room and private patio. Carolyn (property manager) was an absolute gem and helped block spaces for our moving truck when we moved in, and was great about making sure packages found their way to us. We loved all of our neighbors - the building has a great community of folks who've lived there for a while and get together for various community events. The location can't be beat - we loved being so close to Retreat, The Scottish Arms, etc. Carolyn and everyone were so attentive and wonderful, and we could not recommend 6 North highly enough.

We live in one of the ground floor apartments for almost five years . And before that one of my sons lived in the same bldg four years when he was studying the MBA . and he choose the bldg and the apartment to us . 6 North apartments is in Laclede avenue, a straight avenue, the sidewalk is well done , with a lot of big green trees in both sides and the center of the street , which make it very easy and comfort to walk almost every day in winter or summer from our apartment to the kings park . That makes life easy for us in our age . The administration of the bldg Mrs Carolyn Dahomey and now Zhane Mitchell are always friendly , cooperative , understands our needs when we ask for it , and the maintenance will be done fast and smooth when needed . 6N is the only apartment complex that completely accommodates for disabled individuals in the St. Louis area. We have lived there for over 10 years and have always felt comfortable and well-taken care of by the management team. It's a great place to live!!

It's a nice place washer/dryer in the unit. Nice staff Great location 2blocks from grocery, I used to walk there However when I first moved in someone entered my apartment and stole a bag of green. I changed the locks no issue Someone was robbed outside around Christmas unloading gifts from their car so it's better to go inside the gated parking area and unload. Sturdy floors no noise from upstairs The office is very organized and cozy It's really no complaints I moved because of finances
