Almost coming to five years at 555. Close to the metro, museums, bike lanes, highway, airport, and all what DC has to offer. Location location location. I've seen the building management change hands, considerable ups and downs over the years but overall + over - + Floor to ceiling windows = it's summer 🌞 in winters for me with a south facing apartment, never needed to use heating all these years. + Diverse community with senior lounge. Feels like I have a grandmotherly figure always around checking on me. + Walking distance to the mall and the museums, steps away from air and space museum. + Open, modern layouts with high ceilings, modern appliances. Never had any noise issues. + Rooftop lounge and views. + 24 hour conceirge who are always warm and make you feel safer.

It’s not often that you can say “ l am receiving superior customer service where l live”, but l can. Mr. Bryan Johnson is an outstanding concierge and administrator. He is professional, hospitable and is always available to serve the residents. Ms. Denise is also another member of the hospitality team who is a top contender. She is always greeting everyone with positive energy and a great attitude. In addition, our administrative team Ms. Dianna Molina , ( Property Manager), Mr. John Cahill (Assistant Property Manager ) and the building maintenance team are all working together to maintain high standards for residents at our luxury high rise on the Riverfront on S.W. If you’re reading this l strongly recommend that you schedule a tour today. Oh, don’t worry about what some folks say. So

This could be a really nice building but the residents and management are just terrible. Pros: -The apartment we had was really nice. -The location for L’Enfant metro and the Wharf are ideal. Cons: -The management is incompetent. They are never at their desks and it takes 2-3 follow ups via email to communicate with them. -Management and the concierge’s desk do not communicate. This just seems odd and unorganized. -The elevators are perpetually not working. Really crazy when you think about it because the building has a whole floor dedicated to seniors (not on level 1). -The maintenance does not do anything. It got to a point where our sink was so broken and we couldn’t wash dishes so we had to do it ourselves. -The residents are constantly smoking in the building. It’s in the elevators

This review is based in the outstanding customer service that Ashlee continues to give whenever my mom or I need anything. She always professional, cheerful and willing to assist. She gave me a tour of a studio and 1 bedroom unit and she answered all of my questions professionally and also placed my name on the list for when an apartment becomes available in the upcoming Fall. It truly means a lot to my mom and I knowing Ashlee is part of the leasing office and feel confident that she is here to assist all the tenants at Avenue fifth have a beautiful experience living here. 😊😊😊

the leasing specialist Ashley gave me and my husband a wonderful tour! I am not looking to lease till May 2026! but Ashley made my tour experience memorable and great hopefully she will continue to strive there by time I am ready to move!
