Do not move here! Over the last year i have dealt with leaking ceiling, bad roach infestation and my tub and sink wasn’t draining for 2 months no one came out to fix it until i contacted the health department. I called the office every week for 2 months nothing was done they continued to give me the run around until I contacted the health department the plumber was literally out 3 days later! This just shows they are dont care about their tenants only legal action. Please save yourself the headache and pay the couple extra hundred and rent from some where else.

These owners are real live slum lords they have the nerve to try an force people to sign a lease when they don't have any reliable maintenance they will not come fix a thing but expect to get paid. Do not move here or you will be sorry you did. Apt ceiling leaks bathroom ceilings leak water tile falling off the bathroom wall and they will not make an attempt to fix a thing. Furthermore they send notices for pest control that's supposed to come out and pest control never does. DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️

Maintenance does not fix Anything and when they do it take 2-3 months. Bad roach infestation! In the frig, oven, couch and bed. Dont not rent from here you will not be able to sleep in your own house i have contacted the health department and will be moving as soon as i can.

If you read google reviews, congrats! I just saved you from moving here. If you enjoy unresponsive maintenance, police visiting often and as early as 3 AM, a management office that is nearly never occupied by someone to talk to, cracked and unopenable windows that are promised to be fixed (but never are), staff that tries TWICE to charge you for extra energy bills and when you show them proof of what is actually owed, they rudely respond that you are wrong without even opening the attachment of the correct price, a washer that quite literally deposits all the dirty water directly onto the laundry room floor and sometimes floods the room for hours, inconsiderate neighbors who get into domestic disputes, blast music in the parking lot for up to 30 minutes at a time, leave dog poop and pee in

No communication via email or phone. The phone system will continuously hang up on you, if you ask to speak with someone. Ignored emails, even when their own system spams you to tour. Then cancel the tour the day of with no answer
