550 At Lytle Park

550 is a well run and beautiful luxury apartment building. It has a limited number of units, so it is usually quiet. The staff are all friendly and helpful and manager Patrick does a great job. We live in Florida and use our unit infrequently, but when we are in Cincinnati we feel at home at 550 Lytal.

My wife and I love living at 550! Everything has been on point, especially since Morgan has taken over managing the property. If there is anything we need, it is completed in a prompt manner. Randy and the other staff are always welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Our neighbors are extremely friendly as well.

I spoke to Morgan on a Tuesday morning about an issue we had with our dryer. It was fixed by the time I came home from work That same day. Great team !!

Still not open!!! We were supposed to have moved in January 2024, I’d like my money back! Scam artists!!! We went to ask for a refund for only the deposit and pet fees about 4 months prior to our move in date which is January. Management refused to give us our back said it is only a 72 hour cancellations policy. I have lived in several large cities throughout the US and this has to be worse ever. We completely understand not getting back fees associated with application but to keep an $800 deposit and pet fee is unethical. We have always got our deposit and pet fees returned. STEER CLEAR FROM 550 at LYTLE PARK APARTMENTS!!!

My wife and I had placed a deposit on this “luxury” apartment. We gave management plenty of notice that we needed to cancel this deposit, and they had the choice to refund us but chose to keep the money… corporate greed at its finest. Please be cautious when dealing with these people, who knows if you’ll ever get a deposit back from them!
