With Four Fitness been on Montgomery Street for over 11 years, I have seen many of these building go up. As a community member, I have heard nothing bad about this property. It's in the cut and I have a few residents who have used our gym and still do. The building one of McGinley Square gem, The Heart Of Jersey City.

We’ve been living at 55 Jordan for a while now and have had a really great experience. Etty and Chaya from management have been awesome — they helped us track down a check that was mistakenly canceled from our broker and even waived the fee. They’re always responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues. The front desk staff, especially Carlos and Miguel, are super friendly and do an amazing job keeping track of packages and making everyone feel welcome. It’s nice to come home and be greeted by people who know your name and actually care. The cleaning staff deserves a shoutout too. They’re always around keeping the building spotless, from the lobby to the elevators and even the garage. Speaking of which, the covered garage parking is a big bonus. It’s clean, secure, and really

A tenant at this building stole my Amazon Fresh delivery because it was delivered to the wrong address. When I went to retrieve the package since I lived around the corner, I explained the situation to the door man and he gladly led me upstairs because he remembered when the delivery was made (not too long after I arrived) because he buzzed the Fresh driver in the building. Once we got to the unit, the tenant claimed to have no knowledge of a delivery and that maybe we should ask the tenant next to them…All the doorman could do was say “Well I have to believe her”. It was a unit in the corner of the floor!! There was no way a floor full of groceries was taken by anyone else. The door man also showed me on the security footage that the Fresh delivery driver left empty handed… All this to s

Beautiful building with the best view of NYC skyline. Spacious and no charge for gym or amenities. Big rooftop for friends and family. Diverse neighborhood with lots of good and cheap eateries. Modern finishes in the kitchen and entire place. Our apartment has washer/dryer in the apartment for a fee but definitely worth it. If they had a shuttle to path, it would be great Posting photos from our bedroom below.

Do not be misled by the 5-star ratings — they offer incentives for positive reviews. If possible, I would give zero stars. The management is completely unprofessional and incapable of handling resident concerns. On my move-out day, my belongings were stolen. Even though management had video footage of the person taking them, they did nothing beyond telling me to file a police report. This is unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to provide a secure living environment. And that was not the only problem — there were repeated issues with mishandled packages, and the concierge staff (with the exception of Carlos) were consistently rude and irresponsible. If you are considering living here, be fully aware of what you’re getting into
