525 Tenth Dinkytown Apartments

This was the best managed place I have ever lived at. The landlord, Henry Lin, is so responsive, very quick to help, and the space is worth the price. It's in a great location on the UMN campus. Each room is equal (very very similar dimensions and closet size), which is sort of rare for multiple-bed apartments in the Dinkytown area. The other tenants were respectful and management kept the establishment clean. There was one time where our heat went out (no fault to the facility nor landlord) and Henry came to our place at 10pm and hand-delivered a ton of space heaters so that we could sleep safely. Also bonus points for the well-kept lawn and the trees in the yard that were so beautiful and vibrant in the fall. Highly recommend to any student looking for good housing.

We have lived at the Dinkytown Flats for 3 years while in college. We loved the building and our apartment in specific. It has been very reasonably price and the location in great. You are a short walk from all of the action of Dinkytown yet in a quieter location. Endeavor has been a very responsive property manager that enjoys working with the tenants. Very highly recommended this location if looking for somewhere in Dinky.
