I have lived here for about 5 years. I used to love this place the first 2 years. But as time went on this place has got dirtier the building itself is old. This complex has a new management every year and they just keep getting cheaper with the up keep of these apartments. Also, there is a major GERMAN ROACH INFESTATION, and it has got progressively worse through out the years to where I am now killing over 10 roaches every night. Listen to the other reviews about the roach problem they are not being dramatic. I have tried to take care of the problem myself, I have used 4 different kinds of pesticides for the roaches and I have pest control come as well and nothing has worked, because the roaches LIVE IN THE WALLS. Lived there for a year. Bug problems. Broken laundry room. Other floors leaking into ours. These were exit CLEANED photos. Bugs galore. Needs a strip and makeover.

Hats off to Ruthie! I filed a maintenance request online through the resident website and Ruthie contacted me the same day! She arranged for the repair quickly and then followed up with me. I've been a resident for a while & her service is very appreciated.

For starters, I would like to say I’ve been here for about 4–5 months. And I had no issues whatsoever. Yudith and the property manager and everyone in the office. I always forget their names are very welcoming and very kind-hearted and will help you the best they can. I had a few setbacks with paying my rent, and they made it possible for me to receive a payment plan.
