Be prepared for waiting 15+ minutes for elevators during busy hours. The elevators never work at full capacity. One has been permanently down since 2025 with no plan to fix in sight. Others broke down very frequently, currently only 2 are functioning. Might be better off climbing the stairs.

Have lived in this building for about 10 months now and overall not thrilled. The heat bill is consistently over $350 and despite that, the unit has been freezing all winter becuase of poor insulation. This is despite me taping up all of the windows and buying draft stoppers.. If you are willing to keep all three heaters on at full blast it could likely cost $700+ a month (I have a 1BR corner unit ~830 squ/ft) and I am not fully confident it would even be warm on the coldest days of the year. I dont believe this issue is fixable as the building is simply poorly built. Additionally one of the elevators has been broken virtually since we moved in and the other ones come in and out so there are frequently only 2 elevators in service for a 36 floor tower. Huge thanks to Reynaldo for fixing our leaking kitchen faucet! He was very professional and detail-oriented and replaced it with a brand new one. He also made sure his tools were all packed up and the kitchen was cleaned before leaving. Great service!

The management continues to claim that issues have been resolved, yet the windows remain RUSTED and have NOT BEEN REPLACED. I do not understand how this can be considered addressed when this apartment is STILL COLD with the broken windows and with the air leak. Their attitude like this makes even a one-star rating feel undeserved. Stay away from this apartment. I have lived in this one-bedroom unit for only two months and have already submitted more than 15 maintenance requests. New issues appear every few days. The worst problem is the temperature. Recently, the indoor temperature has dropped below 55°F, making it impossible to sleep at night due to the cold. Comparable buildings with functioning elevators, does not make sense to pay a premium to live in an elevator building when you will wait up to thirty minutes in the lobby to ride a single elevator when the rest all break down or have to take the stairs, especially if you live on a high floor. Not worth the price given the fact that you do not have guaranteed elevator access, a very simple service that all other buildings offer and do a better job at maintaining for the same price.
