50 at Granite Run

Dealing with the staff here at 50 @ Granite Run has been amazing, nothing short of spectacular! Gigi was so bubbly and kind, she made my experience so pleasant from the start. Kate, Asst. Property Manager was so attentive and friendly, best customer service experience that I’ve ever had! Also, Property Manager Tina was so knowledgeable, kind, and prompt! They were truly the A-Team! 10-10 highly recommend, And obviously the property couldn’t be any nicer. If you know anything about BET properties, they are basically the standard in excellence.

The location is great with lots of convenient stores nearby. Love the apartment layout and space in my configuration. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like the covered parking and I use the gym 4-5 times per week. My only two negatives are the master bedroom is still cold 58 to 66 while the main area and the guest room are warm 72 main area and 75 guest room. You can feel the cold air leaking in from the windows. I wish the washer and dryer were front loaders and the washer has a center agitator. Things get twisted, especially fitted sheets in the top loading without agitator. I had front loading Samsung in my house before I moved here. I loved them!

I loved living here in the beginning. The building originally offered security and concierge services, which made it feel safe and well managed. Fast forward to my fourth year, and those services are no longer provided. Unfortunately, while amenities and security have been taken away, rent continues to increase annually. On multiple occasions, homeless individuals have been found inside the building, occupying common areas such as the library and game room. Residents often leave doors propped open, allowing unauthorized individuals easy access to the property. There is no consistent monitoring of the building, which is especially concerning given the property’s proximity to a prison, a behavioral health facility, and a juvenile detention center. Maintenance available when u need them, management friendly and stays on top of things to keep complex running smoothly and safely,.outside is landscaped beautifully and always prepared for snow situations, residents are friendly and we often get together for parties, etc. Very safe, beautiful place to live

50 @ Granite Run is a wonderful well managed apartment complex. The maintenance staff and office staff are all caring customer focused professionals. The residents are friendly and supportive. My wife and I are very happy to call 50 @ Granite Run home.
