Apartments have a lot of potential if money was invested to replace the rotted facia wood trim around the roof and a paint job of the building. The walls and attics are infested with rats and bats. Lots of pincher bugs from the grass. Washer and dryer hookups and large kitchens in each of the 3 units. Neighborhood is on the bad scale.
