4th & Race

Energetic, clean and friendly atmosphere. I've been in Cincinnati for exactly 1 month since leaving my hometown in Illinois and have been very impressed by the friendly culture and regular cleanliness through downtown. Keep it up 3CDC!

I would like to preface this by saying that I do not live at 4th and Race, however, as a relocation consultant I have a number of clients who chose this property to call home. They are all very happy with the decision, I know the leasing agents are always very professional and quick to respond when I have an inquiry. The location is great, what I love most about it is that it is only two blocks away from the river. All in all I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the Cincinnati downtown experience.

My husband and I have been apartment hunting in the area for about a month and have toured several places, but the experience we had at Aliyah Watson truly stood out above the rest.
