A great place to live! Staff is friendly and very helpful. They make you feel welcome. Maintenance is responsive. Classy interiors. It’s in a prime location and walkable distance from North Loop and great restaurants. The views are spectacular. It’s supposedly the only apartment in Minneapolis with a 360° rooftop and it delivers! If I had to point out an issue it would be that the parking spots are a little too crammed. But overall 100% recommend the place!

The office people walks into people apartments while they sleep without even knocking. Do not stay here this place is very unprofessional and it takes them forever to come fix something so simple. The people at the front desk be sleep down there. The man with the glasses that work at nights was sleep on the couch with his lap top in his hand. They never let DoorDash driver people into the building so your food will get left outside with the homeless people.

I had a disappointing experience with the building management, particularly during the move-out process. The building manager demonstrated a lack of professionalism that made the process unnecessarily unpleasant. Move outs are stressful for all parties, but how you handle them makes all the difference. I paid and moved on. This experience overshadowed what was otherwise a good living situation over the past 5 years. On the upside, the concierge team is fabulous. I’ve had packages and deliveries misplaced, stolen by residents or their guests, etc. and they went above and beyond to help me.

I signed a 15 month lease here and 4marq is absolutely everything I expected and more. Beautiful views, great amenities, always clean, very quiet and has social events every month. They take building security very seriously and are always working with you to ensure you have the best experience possible. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they go out of their way to treat you as their guest. Maintenance is very responsive and respectful of your time with requests. The cleaning staff goes above and beyond to ensure all levels of the building are clean at all times. I can’t forget to mention how great the building smells at all times too! I lived here for 2 years, it was cool until Weidner Apartments took over, everything just went downhill from there. The 304s in the office always got a stank attitude, veryyyyy unprofessional, maintenance weird, lazy and creepy. They fired every single concierge who actually knew what they were doing, just to hire unprofessional lazy people who don’t know how to do their jobs or just unprofessional with bad ass attitudes. I see why everyone living there has either moved or wants to move who wants to live somewhere where the staff are just incompetent. Anastasia? Very unprofessional 0/10 would not recommend it’s hard trying to communicate with her, then everytime I see the lady she just got something shady or smart to say all the time, then I feel like she lowkey be coming into my apartment
