Living at 49 West has been a great experience so far. Brad and Kristana are always helpful and attentive. I love the location, it's a peaceful and quiet area of Rogers. Nice amenities as well like the pool and gym.

I had a wonderful experience at 49 West, and I can’t recommend Brian and Kristina enough. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were always patient with my questions, incredibly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled thoughtfully and efficiently. What really stood out was how approachable and kind they were — it never felt transactional, but truly supportive. If you’re looking for a team that’s trustworthy, attentive, and a pleasure to work with, Brian and Kristina at 49 West are it. Highly recommend! The property itself is fabulous. Lovely view of the little pond inside . Friendly neighbours. Great place and I’m happy to call it home !

Super clean and modern facilities. Great location in NWA for HWY 49 access and the razorback greenway. Kristana was so helpful and kind with the application process. I showed up for an impromptu tour and ended up applying and securing my unit before I left.

TLDR: 49 West is amazing and you should ignore anyone who says otherwise. 49 West is the nicest place I have ever lived and I still say that after 2 years of living here. The apartments are in the perfect location to get to downtown Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and even Fayetteville. Units are spacious and well kept between residents! The one complaint I ever had doesn't even matter anymore because the package room/locker is gone! The staff were forthcoming early on about this change and let everyone know 2 weeks in advance. I am so happy that I no longer have to spend 20+ minutes inside the package room looking for my deliveries and can instead enjoy opening up my front door to see my package right there. Kristana and Brad are the sweetest humans you'd ever meet. I always enjoy run

Kristana was very helpful for my husband and I to get everything done prior to our move in 2 months ago. We’ve had good communication with the team for maintenance requests, but no problems or concerns have come up luckily. We are really enjoying our time here and so far it is a very comfortable place to live. Thank you!
