45Eighty Dunwoody Apartments

Prior to me moving in, I had my eye on this place. I really wanted to be in this apartment complex. I had looked at several others and I was sold on 45eighty before I viewed an apartment. I have been here almost a week and I LOVE IT HERE SO MUCH! It's so quiet, the grounds are kept spotless, and the people are so friendly! Niesha and Victoria made the move in process so smoothe. Even allowing me to utilize the properties dolly. I can't describe it, this feels like home. Safe and welcoming. I love it here!!!

I have lived here for the past year and a half and I absolutely adore the office and maintenance staff. They are so sweet/inviting and are always ready to listen and help with whatever you need. This is the 5th apartment I’ve lived in, and this is the only place I have ever re-signed thanks to the wonderful staff. I’ll never forget when I had an issue with my smoke alarm last year and Kevin came to my apartment at 3am with a smile on his face ready to replace it, he even brought me some backup batteries. They truly care about their residents and everyone always has a positive attitude. Excited to spend another year here!

Let’s start off by saying the apartment is great! I love living here. My dog enjoys the dog park. I think the underground parking is fantastic. The staff is very friendly. It is a quiet community which is very nice. The downside of this apartment is that the gate doesn’t work sometimes. Other than that the maintenance crew is great at responding to requests in a timely manner which is really important. Overall we are very happy living here and would definitely recommend these apartments. RATS/RODENTS!!! Yes of course I have seen these reviews. We have lived here for 8 months and have not had any problems. Looks like they have taken care of this issue.

Great place to live! Love our balcony, fireplace and the salt water pool. Complex management is SUPER responsive and friendly.

After 3 years l am happily moving. The property’s maintenance has steadily declined while bills consistently rise. I have had several “mistakes” made on my ledger, only to find out the office was aware, but did not correct the issue until I reported it. That seemed underhanded. The package room is an unorganized disaster. After several packages weren’t received I had to start inconveniently scheduling to pick up online orders from another location. The gate remains broken and open for months at a time along with the elevator, making living on the 3rd floor bringing home groceries with cases of water a challenging exercise. The stairs and walkways still have pollen from 2023. There are several huge, dangerous, colorful spiders, living more comfortably here than I am. The garage is filthy wi
