Personally, I was very happy here, and I’ll be missing everyone so much!!! The guys at the front desk are all very kind and also good at their jobs. They handled the packages really well by logging them in pretty fast and keeping them in order (which tbh I always took for granted until now that I live somewhere else and it’s not like that at all). It’s also worth mentioning that the maintenance team is INCREDIBLE. I used to log in a maintenance request and the guys would be there next day at 8:00 am to fix it promptly, and they were incredibly skillful! Again, this is not the norm for most buildings so it’s an amazing plus. * Objectively, it has great management because the building is safe and well kept. I’ve lived here for 3 years or more. Management team is often non responsive and have to dig for their contact information. Front Desk Eliza disrespectful many times. Current Leasing Manager/Associate has a terrible terrible attitude!!! Only have good things to say about all the other front desk staff that were great. Especially Yan was the best!! So so sweet. Management team however, needs a lot of customer service training and new hires!

I have lived here for 2 years now and cannot speak highly enough of the building and the staff. The facilities are excellent and the rooftop is one of the best in Manhattan. The apartments themselves are very professionally designed and all utilities work very well. In case of the rare maintenance issue, the staff are very prompt in fixing it. There’s a 24 hour Duane Reade right opposite and 3 train stations within 2 minutes walking distance. The best part about the building is the concierge staff who are friendly, professional and hard working.

I lived in 45 Wall Street for over 6 years. Prior to that, had lived in quite a few neighborhoods, moving almost every year. I finally felt like I had found a place that I loved so much, that I never considered leaving. Fast forward to me moving urgently for a job on the west coast last month- I've had the most horrendous experience exiting the building. It's completely ruined my entire living experience with the building. A building I referred numerous tenants to, even friends who wanted to take over my apartment. I relinquished the apartment to them over 3 weeks early, while I continued to pay rent through the end of my lease. Which I expected to do, no problems there. This building would be great if Eliza wasn’t working there. If you want to live in a hostile environment move here. I have never met anyone more rude than this man. TFC should have him fired. I almost called the police because he withheld a package from me. TFC if you’re seeing this as I’ve sent an email, I used to live in this building and now I can never recommend it to anyone because you choose to hire such hostile people working for you. DONT move here. Doorman is the most important luxury in a Manhattan building, it’s pointless to live in a building with a hostile doorman. Work environments can be toxic, relationships can be toxic, don’t let your home life also be toxic. If elizah is still working here do not move in. Trust me on this one
