4127 Arcadia Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE have been here for barely a week and have seen 7 roaches, just found mold and gunk in the vents on top of this apartment was filthy when we moved in which management admitted and had cleaning team come re clean it as there was trash left and stuff in drawers from previous tenits. I wish I would have read reviews before moving here but this is my first apartment and I didn’t know this is actually how it can be somewhere. I have tried reaching out to upper management regarding the mold let’s see if they respond as I am just searching online for their emails because the front office here doesn’t help and just says “request mantiencence” hopefully Tessa office manager can learn to be a decent manager / human and reach out to HEAD MANAGEMENT and actually bring all of this to th

Its been at least 2 weeks with lights being out in entry ways and paths, making it unsafe for anyone especially children and women. There are roaches no matter how clean you are. They should be spraying monthly with the way people live.

Looking For A Community In The Arcadia Area… I Came Across 4127 Arcadia Apts. Nicely Located Near Shopping Freeways And Just A Few Miles From Scottsdale. Great Curve Appeal, Clean And Well Maintained. Office Staff Is Friendly And Very Knowledgeable On Rental And Leasing Needs. The Floor Plans Are Spacious…. Great Amenities And Affordable Prices. Would Definitely Recommend This Community As Your Next Home…

DO NOT RENT HERE.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....I rented townhouse and it was the worse experience I've had. Overpriced and they charge you for amenities that you will not receive. Of course they add garbage pick up to your rent and it took them 6 months to start picking mine up....they kept my deposit and tried to say I owed them money. View the attached pics and you tell me. I even had their carpets professionally cleaned....They tried to tell me the floors were damaged...look at the pics really closely...they said the stove was "severely stained"....look at that stove and oven.... fridge and freezer spotless....rip off artist and if you read this and move in and get burned just take the L and walk away cuz you were put on notice.
