4115 Wisconsin Apartments

Update: *10* years renting here in two different units, and I still really appreciate the building and management. A great location in the city near transit and new grocery stores, very clean and pest-free. Older-style charming apartments, not some "luxury" new build, but those are notorious in DC for major problems. 4115 is reliable, rent controlled, and it's no stress to live here. Pet friendly, with VERY responsive management for any issue. I feel very at home at 4115.

We had a great experience leasing here. It truly was “quiet living” for us as it’s a small building with about 15 apartments per floor. The walls and floors are concrete so you don’t hear your neighbors as much, but we were also at the top floor so unsure of how much you would hear from your upstairs neighbor. The building is old and the amenities (laundry, package room) are shared but you just have to take that at face value. It’s a simple and quiet living here. 4115 was secure, private, and homey. We would have loved to stay if it weren’t for a job relocation. The biggest con I would say is the noise of traffic. We were used to it but there were some mornings that we wished we were somewhere far away from the city lol. Terrence and Kyle are friendly and provided great customer service

4115 Wisconsin is an incredibly well-managed building. Harvey and Kyle were always responsive and helpful with any issues (which were few, minor, and far between). Maintenance staff are also great - super timely! Brandon was very helpful. The unit itself was lovely and I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing team of caring and responsive workers. My mother lives in this apartment for many years and her quality of life improved a lot after Bernstein Management took over the old Management. Thank you, Harvey and Kyle for being attentive and patient.

Very, very happy with the Bernstein management and Kyle Russel responsible for managing the building maintenance at 4115 Wisconsin ave. They do an excellent job taking care of the units and it’s tenants. Highly recommend living here.
