Today is Saturday 7/29/2023, my mothers kitchen ceiling had been leaking since Tuesday 7/25/2023. She notified the leasing office of this, maintenance team was sent down to look and the only conclusion that was made was that it wasn’t leaking from upstairs. Friday 7/28/2023 after no further communication or resolution had been made my mother went up to the leasing office before they closed and was told that they would send someone down here which is what they had been telling her all week since Tuesday which is when the initial leaking began. Saturday morning today 7/29/2023, while my mother was sitting at the kitchen table the ceiling came down on her. There is all types of mildew and bugs and it’s still currently leaking. Glenwood is a very pleasant place to live all of the neighbors are very friendly. The apartments are well-maintained And if you have maintenance issues they're just a phone call away. The best part is, It's conveniently located near 285 and all the shopping conveniences are very close by. The management staff is very friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice convenient place to live.

Do not live here. Roach infested. Property manager is very rude and disrespectful, doesn’t care about residents. Jorge is cool though. Extended my move in date by a week, moved in and have been here for a week and I’m still missing appliances. The only thing consistent about this place are the lies, lack of concern, and laziness from maintenance.

I stayed here a year , they have began remodeling making them look so much better . The neighborhood is pretty quiet & the inside is pretty nice . George was very nice & helpful during our stay here .
