I’m not even a resident yet, but I had to leave a review because my experience touring 410 Heights with Jalisa was incredible. From the moment I walked in, The lady made me feel welcome and took her time showing me everything I needed to know. She was patient, professional, and answered every question without rushing or making me feel like a burden. You can tell Jalisa genuinely cares about the property and the people who live here. Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail were a huge part of why I decided to choose 410 Heights as my new home. If the tour alone felt this smooth and positive, I can’t imagine how great it’s going to be once I’m actually living here. I really enjoy staying in my cozy studio,Jalisa in the office was very welcoming and made the move in process easy. In addition the staff keeps the pool and laundry/mailroom clean Love the location, close to 2 major highways,via bus route and plenty of shops and restaurants near walking distance.. quite neighborhood and a dog park close by.. nice place to live!! I highly recommended.

Best place to live ! Affordable rent & Jalisa is truly THE best ! She truly goes above and beyond for the residents here. Whether it’s handling maintenance issues, answering questions, or addressing concerns, Jalisa is always on top of it with professionalism and genuine care. the property is better maintained, communication is smoother, and the overall living experience has improved tremendously. I’ll be renewing my lease for another year .

BEWARE DO NOT RENT HERE. Roach infested so bad there was even white Roaches. They showed us an awesome remodeled apartment #11 initially that's what unit was on my paperwork all of a sudden there was a problem with that unit so they put us in 71 What a dump they painted over mold and tried to cover up the roach stench with a lilac or lavender cleaning detergent. It didn't work after 2 days all you could smell was roach feces you report anything to the office and that leasing agent that acts so nice till after you sign on the dotted line becomes a first class thug threatens you ect.. Do NOT RENT HERE under any circumstances. They fine you for anything they can make up and all the utilities go through them and your rental insurance if you pay one day late the insurance company charges you a

Im a current tenant at 410 Heights, and I wanted to share my personal experience—especially after seeing some negative reviews about Jalisa, the Property Manager. From my time living here, I can honestly say that my experience with her has been nothing but wonderful. Before moving in, I toured multiple places, but I ultimately chose 410 Heights because of how professional, helpful, and genuine Jalisa was. She made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free, and she has continued to go above and beyond ever since I became a resident. I haven’t had one single issue with the office staff. Every time I’ve needed something or had a question, they’ve been responsive, kind, and on top of things. Jalisa in particular is always available, always patient, and truly cares about the residents
