I’m sharing this review because a client that I represented was unable to be considered for a property that 407 Property Management had listed, however, more importantly, that they never responded to let the client know that others were ahead of them, or that they were not even being considered for over a week. We viewed the property the day It went on the market and thought we were at least in the running, when I called the next day, they said the property was still available and to submit an application which my client did immediately. Their staff is very dismissive of our concerns for follow up as well as Property Manager Ryan . I will never use nor recommend the use of this company and I recommend you don’t either.

My husband and I first used 407 properties to rent a house in Orlando. Steve was very prompt in showing us the home, answering all of our questions, and getting us the paperwork for the lease so that we could move in. During the time in the home, any issue we had with the home, my husband would contact Steve and it would be handled almost immediately. What a horrible company. I’m having issues with their tenant next door to me. The HOA has sent violation letter and nothing has been corrected. So I call them to speak with the property manager to tell them what’s going on with the property and hopefully get this resolved without get lawyers involved. But I was told by the secretary that I have to email my issues because it’s against company policy to give out phone numbers / extensions. Seriously, I can’t speak to an actual person to voice my issues. They want me to send everything via email. What a joke of a company.
