Unfortunately, conditions in the building have been worsening day by day. Pest control has been unresponsive, and the building is heavily infested with cockroaches and mice. When concerns are raised, management’s response has been confrontational rather than supportive. Regretfully, due to these ongoing issues, we will have to bring our otherwise positive experience at this property to an end in the near future.

I arrived at the front desk. The woman at the front desk was charming and hospitable. She brought me back to the leasing office and introduced me to the leasing agent. She did not smile. She did not greet me. She had a grimace on her face. She looked me up and down; not in a good way. I had the impression that I was not the correct demographic for the building. All she said was to go to the lobby and wait for her. I suggest that she not be the face of this apartment community as her vibe was not welcoming. I left and I do not recommend the apartment complex to others especially if the leasing agent in question is still there.

The mice infestation here is completely out of control! We were misled about the promised bi-weekly pest control, as absolutely nothing is being done to address the issue. Night after night, I am kept awake by the sound of mice gnawing on my furniture. It’s frustrating and mentally exhausting knowing my belongings are being destroyed, and there’s nothing I can do to stop it. Living here has become incredibly stressful and disheartening, knowing that I have to sleep in these conditions. Update: I no longer live at this property. Since leaving, I have had no pest issues. My sleep is better, and I finally have peace of mind. The problems I experienced while living here were never resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living at this property.

Always clean, the house has a concierge, swimming pool, dry cleaning, self-service laundry
