400 Winchester

I came to 400 Winchester on Friday, May 9 to look for an appartement. I was received by the manager Karina. She showed me the apartments and did an amazing job. She showed me several options. All the apartments were amazing. She was resolver with all my questions and doubts and guess what, next Friday I will be moving here. Thanks Karina for your support and the beautiful property you manage. I appreciate your job.

I occupied the apartment for a year, during which time I grew to appreciate its amenities. Nevertheless, the recurring and substantial rent increases, which saw fluctuations of $200-$700 monthly, ultimately led to my departure. As my work commitments necessitated extensive travel, resulting in minimal time spent at home, I felt the rent adjustments were unjustified. My attempts to engage management in a constructive dialogue regarding this matter were rebuffed, and I was met with a lack of communication. Moreover, the discovery of a previously unknown gas account in my name, accompanied by a $90 invoice for usage, like that’s something you tell someone during the walk or while we are in the office going over units.

hate to be negative but helping my dad find a new apt has put us in a bind the move-in got pushed back due to the place not being ready and then when he got the keys on Friday June 27th not only did Ms. Alexis not walk the apartment with him but he never received his mailbox keys. my dad had nowhere else to go due to a lease ending so we had to move in the apartment spending over $2600 and they took our money obviously but this place isn't ready. It has roach's all over the apartment (kitchen,rooms,bathrooms) and the upgraded unit isnt upgrades all the carpet and appliances are used and have bugs in them. the floor and carpet is stained with paint and the front door is missing a lock for safety. management doesn't work over the weekend so we had no choice but to deal with the situation unt

Alexis has been incredibly helpful with all my lease concerns..she’s patient, clear, and never minds explaining things more than once to make sure I fully understand. Karina has shown genuine care and is making great progress in improving the cleanliness of the property. And David Jeff is fantastic..he takes care of my maintenance requests promptly and always leaves a clear explanation of what was done. I truly appreciate everything this team is doing. Thank you!
