We have had the pleasure of living here for the last year and a half and it has truly been incredible! From the beginning, Alexis was so accommodating to our every question and need- and that continued throughout our time here! We had a situation with one of our dogs when we first moved in and Alexis (being a great dog mom herself) helped ease my worries and worked with us to develop a solution. Ross does an incredible job of keeping the building clean and is always a smiling face! I genuinely cannot say enough kind things about this building and the management team. We made a sudden move to Dallas early July and we were overwhelmed with all of the decisions we had to make: with particular emphasis on finding a place to live, but Alexis (the community manager), made the process feel seamless from day one. Beautiful and historic building, very well maintained and managed wonderfully by the apartment manager, Alexis, who is always cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful with any resident needs or inquiries. Respectful and eclectic community in a great and walkable corner of downtown between the Arts District and Central Business District!

I recently had the pleasure of touring the property with Alexis and the experience was great from start to finish. She was welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable about the building.
