Despite my explicit request for time to handle her affairs, they callously proceeded to remove some of her belongings and change the locks without any consideration for the situation at hand. After my mother's passing, I reached out to the management to inform them of the circumstances and requested some time to settle her affairs and retrieve her belongings. However, my pleas fell on deaf ears, and they proceeded to enter her apartment, remove items of sentimental value, and change the locks, all without my consent or prior notice. I’ve been here for 5 years and I have seen many things and many people come and go but I do enjoy living here. My floor is quiet and I know if I any assistance I can call management and they will call me back and ensure my needs are met. Despite what I have read my experience with management has been very different. I actually talk to the manager and the staff and they are nice and friendly. They are trying to improve the building which I greatly appreciate. I just wish he could get rid of some of the awful, nasty and disrespectful tenants. That would make a huge improvement to the building.

I didn't have a good experience living here. Staff is super unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Terrible customer service, especially the leasing agent in the office Jeanette. I don't know who the Property Manager is now, but the lady they had before was not helpful at all. Maintenance turns over every 3-6 months and they don't keep the building clean. They neglected to make repairs in my apartment to the point where I just moved out. It is also extremely noisy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, even your neighbors talking on the phone. If someone lives above you, you'll hear every footstep or door close. It wouldn't be so bad if management wasn't so nasty and unhelpful. However, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

New management doesn't care about fixing anything. I miss days when Juan and other folks getting things done. To fix something you need to call again and again. Also Jay Hurshey is the new manager seems to ignore the rights of the tennants. Replacing the management could be a good start here.otherwise , most of the tennants here are ready to move out.
