Stay away if you are a working person. The people running this place will try to rip you off on rent dep. money or anything that has a past US president on front.If you have your own lawyer to write back and forth still makes no sense. What I hear and know has nothing to do with how it looks from the outside.Inside if you are moving in you will get the higher rent with work done by supper not professionals. If they give you an apt. at lower rent you will have everything with the😞wear and tear of 30 yrs.
My friend lives here these are great apts with a great view.
This apartment complex has deteriorated. Landlord is terrible
Kinda pricey for what is basically the projects with a door gaurd.
Nice building. Nice view of the city
